Xanterra Parks & Resorts (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our” or “us”) is pleased to offer the ease and convenience of making online reservations directly with us free of service fees. The following terms and conditions apply to your reservations and by making reservations using our online reservation system, you hereby acknowledge complete understanding of and agreement with all of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware or are notified of any fraud, illegal or improper activity associated with this reservation.
Group reservations (10 or more rooms) can be made by contacting Group Sales at 330.723.5977. This site should only be used for Reservations of up to 9 rooms for the same person, on the same dates and at the same hotel/lodge. Reservations booked via this site that are considered to be a Group are subject to cancellation.
Rates - Rates are generally based upon double occupancy and do not include applicable taxes and/or surcharges. Most of our rates are subject to approval by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and the applicable rate for future dates are not always established at the time of booking. As a result, we quote the current rate. When the new rates are approved, we will attempt to contact you by phone, mail or e-mail to advise you of the new rate. Your deposit will guarantee the first night at the current rate. Subsequent nights on multiple night reservations will be subject to the new applicable rate. Any modifications to your reservation(s) may result in the entire stay being subject to the new applicable rate. All room rates are subject to the current applicable taxes and/or surcharges.
Deposit – Each room reservation requires a deposit equal to the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes and surcharges. Some packages may require full payment at the time of reservation. Your credit card will be charged immediately by Xanterra Parks & Resorts for the applicable deposit on each room reserved. This Deposit will guarantee the reservation for arrival after the normal check-in time.
Changes – Most reservation changes may be made online and we encourage you to make them online whenever possible. Changes may also be made by calling our Central Reservation Office at (800) AT-A-PARK (800-282-7275).
Cancellations – In order to receive a refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made and a cancellation number received at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. We encourage you to make any necessary cancellations online whenever possible. Cancellations may also be made by calling our Central Reservation Office at (800) ATAPARK (800-282-7275).
Cancellations made less than three (3) days prior to the scheduled arrival will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather.
Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
Special Requests – We recognize that you may have a special request concerning your room. Our desire is to exceed your expectations and we will make every reasonable attempt to fulfill your request. However, please note that these special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Third Party Reservations/Credit Card User – Please note that all reservations must be made in the name of the cardholder and that the cardholder must be present at the time of check-in.
If you are making reservations on behalf of another person (“credit card holder”), you make the following representations and warranties and further agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated below: (1) You have obtained legal authorization from the credit card holder to make reservations on behalf of the credit card holder, to pay all advanced deposit charge(s) using the credit card holder’s credit card and agree to our terms and conditions on the credit card holder’s behalf and thereby bind credit card holder to our terms and conditions; (2) The Guest Information you have provided above, e.g., name, phone number, and address, is that of the credit card holder; (3) You have advised the credit card holder that we do not impose any third party booking charges and we will accept reservations directly from the credit card holder; and (4) You will inform the credit card holder of all our Terms and Conditions, and provide the credit card holder with reservation confirmation(s) and any other information or correspondence pertaining to the credit card holder’s reservations.

Travel Agents – This portal is intended for travel agent bookings when using an IATA or ARC number. Please note reservations at our Ohio State Park locations are commissionable only to IATA or ARC accredited travel agents and typically only the standard Rack/Internet rate codes are commissionable. Travel agents may make reservations via our online system provided they are not made in violation of any of our policies or these terms and conditions. Use of this system indicates that the Travel Agent personnel acknowledge full disclosure to the guest about being a Travel Agent. There must also be full disclosure that Xanterra Parks & Resorts does not charge any reservation service charges or fees and that reservations could be made directly with Xanterra Parks & Resorts without payment of such fees. Any service charges or fees otherwise collected by the Travel Agent must be fully and clearly disclosed to the guest prior to accepting the reservation.
RESERVATION SERVICES (OTHER THAN TRAVEL AGENTS) ARE NOT PERMITTED TO MAKE ONLINE RESERVATIONS. RESERVATIONS SERVICES MUST CALL OUR CENTRAL RESERVATION OFFICE TO MAKE RESERVATIONS.
We reserve the right to refuse reservations from Travel Agents should we discover that a travel agent has made or attempted to make bookings using this online reservation system contrary to our policy.
